Forum Title: Church Roofing
Has anyone ever worked on a church roof? I was always curious about this. Do you treat it like a residential home or a commercial property? I know most people don't consider it a business, but I think you would have to treat it as such. Is there anything special about how you would invoice them?

Our company has done a few churches. They are pretty much just like any business with a flat roof. We treat them just like we would a commercial building, except the supplies can be purchased through them and they are tax exempt.

My fiance did one for a charity thing. I was there helping as well in the garden area. Everyone has a lot of fun.

We do it depending on the size. Smaller ones, we go about is as a residential. Larger churches, business. They all get discounts either way.
